Raziyeh is a Research Fellow at the Academic Unit for Ageing and Stroke Research (ASR). Her current research focuses on the project Optimising transient ischaemic attack (TIA) pathways to reduce ethnicity-based inequalities.

Raziyeh obtained her PhD in Statistics from Isfahan University of Technology, Iran, in 2021. Before joining ASR, Raziyeh worked for two years as a Research Fellow at Duke-NUS Medical School, National University of Singapore, where she applied machine learning methods to develop risk prediction models for neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s disease. She also has expertise in longitudinal data analysis, Bayesian inference, and semiparametric regression methods.
