Rahena is a Research Fellow working on the NIHR PGfAR: RECREATE Programme – Reducing Sedentary Behaviour After Stroke. She has worked in various areas of applied health research over a 10 year period, including mental health, management of long-term conditions and dementia care. Rahena’s main areas of expertise are qualitative methodology and methods and process evaluations. She has an MA in Social Research Methods and a PhD in Socio-spatial experiences of people living with dementia in the community.
